Safety First
The Hollowick system is approved by most major fire departments for use in restaurants. Our lamp fuel is classified as non-toxic and non-flammable. It is in the same non-flammable category as vegetable oil (NFPA Class IIIB combustible liquid). D.O.T. regulations rate it non-hazardous. It is safe to use on the tabletop and there are no shipping restrictions, storage limitations or insurance worries.

Our lamps are not intended to be used with kerosene or most common lamp oils, which are not suitable for liquid candles and tabletop use.

Refillable Lamp Fuel (Click Here)

Some Hollowick lamps offer a refillable option. You can refill your own lamps by pumping Hollowick liquid wax lamp fuel into refillable cells. Our economical 2 1⁄2 gallon containers of fuel provide over 2,000 hours of candlelight.

Our refillable fuel cell holds 33⁄4 oz. of fuel, providing approximately 25 hours of candlelight when used at its standard setting. The flame can also be adjusted to provide more light, if desired. Order one refillable cell per lamp.
